I am interested in this argument.

My weekness is same as many Japanese's weakness.

I can't give expression to my thought.

Thara, I think that according to traditional cultural principle, we Chinese tend to be modesty and are supposed to honestly tell our real weaknesses. I am not sure if Thailand also has similar culture. However, I believe that it is our basic human rights to conceal our privacies, including our real demerits. All these asides, in a job interview, candidates are supposed to showcase their talents and skills rather than expose their weaknesses themselves.

I think it is crucial one have an objective view of their own merits and demerits. By knowing their weaknesses, they can improve themselves and avoid doing any jobs that they are not good at. On the other hand, people should find out their real strengths so that they can maximize their potentials and have more promising careers. I am also trying hard to have a neutral picture of myself. I believe I am best at _____. That's why I have come to apply for this post. Thank you.
