Hi Michelle. thanks for your participation. i don't know if you know somes dishes which are prepared with tree leaves or plants. it are those that i prefert and i think they ares the bests African dishes. they are more appetizing and more rich in vitamin. if you want, i can give to you some recipe.

Moroccan Mint tea

Vegetables ion peanut sauce.

I have some works on African cooking but I can't say that I have sampled any dishes that I knew to be African.

I tend to like the food of India and Persia with breads and rice. Some of the Arab breads are nice as well.

What sort of  dishes do you like ?
