I found out a way :D

Just go to your language index, and go to the last page of that list with "needed translations"... It has 76 pages, and even if someone has contributed a translation, the phrase will still be as "needed translation", so just open it, and if anyone has translated it youll se her or his translation and you can vote.

So, when you translate something, it goes to the end of the list, which is useful, but it will make voting "harder", because not everyone will be able to found done translations.

But, this has just started, so theres plenty of time :D
