Hola a todos, tengo una pregunta. Is the word se in this sentence a reflexive pronoun? "Para bailar La Bamba, se necesita una poca de gracia"

Its translated as ... "To dance the Bamba , ONE needs(must have) a little grace"
Its impersonal not reflexsive.

"to dance La Bamba, it needs a little bit of grace"
thats how we write it in english so i think its reflexive to the way needed to dance.
