I'd prefer a Hybrid vehicle (green car).. of course the best one from Honda.

On the asian market I would generally advise Toyota, Mazda or Nissan. The Lexus being a luxury off-spring of Toyota, is in my opinion extremely reliable and offers the most luxury and comfort of them all. The fuel economy on older models is better than other SUV's in its category, however still too much for the average consumer as gas prices continue to rise. The newer models, as Hybrids, are very fuel efficient. If money is not an issue, I would also view Porsche as having one of the best built motors and general parts quality and would recommend it if money is not an issue. Probably not as affordable for the general public as other makes. 

When you ask which car is the best, it depends on the type/ category of car and it's purpose. Sports/ Luxury/ Large/ Midsize/ Small... In my experience or opinion qualitatively German made cars are generally built very well and also known to be extremely relaible. Of the German makes Audi, Mercedez-Benz, BMW and VW, I view Audi as being on the top, closely followed by Mercedez-Benz and VW. Although I do like the looks and performance of some BMW models, I have heard and seen many electrical issues with many of them.
