Medical/Nursing English (esp. for mental illnesses, also psychology)

I'm too lazy to browse all English teachers, so I'm trying it this way. I'm looking for a teacher who works or has worked in a clinical setting and/or is familiar with the terminology used in psychiatry and also general medical English because a lot of our patients suffer from non-mental diseases, too. My English is not too bad but I find that I'm often stuck when it comes to subtleties. I'd prefer to have paid lessons but when you learn German, work as a doctor, nurse or psychologist and are interested in the German terminology, an exchange would also be fine.

I'm not a nurse, doctor, or psychiatrist, but I used to work in a group home for people with severe and chronic mental illnesses. This was back in 2009, and I worked there for almost 3 years. So I might have to refresh my vocabulary, but if no other good options come along I might be a little useful. Sadly my general medical terminology isn't very good.
