Hello lovely friends.
I'm getting closer to finishing my website.
It's intended to be a resource for English students, and also a way for people who like what I do, to be able to find me and hire me.
After talking to Sonia, I thought, "why not write diary entries, make them interesting and highlight various phrases, idioms, phrasal verbs etc and also include a download of me speaking the text".
I think this could be very helpful.
I need to get large numbers of people to look at my site, this is how I will earn money.
The students pay nothing, but if I can get thousands of regular views, I can put advertising on there and the advertisers pay me.
So, dear students, what would you like to see on my site? Do you like the sound of it?
x
Craig
Good job Craig, well done!
My daddy has been in England for most of his 39 years, and he's still learning. He's still enjoying learning.
He has a lot more to learn.
I could speak English if I wanted to, but to be honest most humans don't really appeal to me. I just use them to open doors for me etc
Oh, here, in our city we have a lot of ads like "English in 24 days", "English for lazy-bones" and the like. I'm learning English for years on end and still there's a lot in store.
I know my dad will apreciate that.
He also says the unpopular but real answer to the question of, "how do I learn English?" is, "work".
Yes, lazy students wont learn much.
Exactly Lilya.
Get the structure, add the content, take feedback, made changes, add.
I told my daddy but he doesn't listen to me, he just cuddles me and says, "oh I love you my little darling, I don't have any words to tell you how much I love you!".
If he listened to me he'd be a lot more relaxed, doesn't he see that I don't have a care in the world, and I spend about half of the day relaxing?
