what should you do If you can't stand the heat... "If you can't stand the heat, then get out of the kitchen", that's the famous quote from US President Harry S. Truman,  and widely used after since. 

Don't persist with a task if the pressure of it is too much for you. The implication being that, if you can't cope, you should leave the work to someone who can, or just drop it.

Or there is an other way :)

In the Feburary 1st on Advanced Classroom, Dr. Terry L. Todd use that phrase to tell us how we could learn a foreign language in a way that easier, faster and better learned. There is better way to not drop the language  learning even if it appeared  "too hot to grab".

Boys and Girls, any of you happened to read that airtcle should post some of the thought here,  and tell us your experience on how to grab a foreign language and grab it well.
