Outdoor Sports Are Good For Health
Healthy body is depended on physical exercise at a large degree, which we all know, but seldomly people will get up early to exercise outdoors. They are willing to stay at home play electronic games or sleep. Today, we invite some friends to play badminton. During three hours playing, we were all exhausted and wet completely. After it, we felt comfortable in our whole body, and very pleased in out mind. Meanwhile we all hungry and have great appetite to have a great lunch. This kind of sport is very good for us, not only in the aspect of friendship, our mood, but also improve our health. In nowaday stressed society, we have little time to communicate with each other, and have no time to have a fun, this sport really bring us a good opportunity to get to know each other, make us not lonely working at a foreign land with few friends. After two times sports, we all learnt the goodness of it, so we are going to keep on every weekend, and i am honor to be the manager incharge of the money and finding restaurant.
