Which is more useful between British English and American English?

Learning American English would prove to be more advantageous. It is the standard internationally in business, governement, education, and legal translations.

I agree, it depends on where you want to work. I've never had a problem communicating with a British English speak. However , when learning American English it is important to remember that we make up a lot of words, so it can be difficult to learn.
