DuoLingo's facebook page just posted these funny translations for "turkey" today. Are they true?
In Turkish, a Turkey is called "Hindi". In Arabic "Greek chicken". In Greek "French chicken". In French "Indian chicken".

I don't know about the other languages, but at least here in Greece, when we say the word "turkey" it is heard like we say "French turkey".
