Can anyone tell me how to prepare "khimchi" ?
I googled it but did not find any satisfying answer because every website use different ingredients. I want to prepare the real Korean Khimchi. Thank you.

I would love to learn the receipt too. I prepare the pickled cabbage at home according to my own receipt, but it is not as spicy as kimchi.
