Are you learning it on your own? You have to have the motivation and commitment to it to be able to acquire that skill. ^^ I have been learning it on and off for 10+ years but didn't go past reading Hangul. When I decided to find a teacher last year, I was able to not just get past through reading Hangul but also making a story. :D
