1- Minced Beef
2- Three medium potatos
3- One medium onion
3- Salt as you like
4- Turmeric (somehow makes the mixed golden =teaspoonful)
5- 1 egg ( if you need you can use it ,I always don't need it)
First of all, peel the potatoes and grate them with tiny hole of grate.
Secondly , peel the onion and grate it with tiny hole of grate too and add it to grated potatoes.
(Notice that you use a medium onion for three potatoes.)
Add the minced beef , enough salt and enough turmeric as you like then mix and massage them up to having uniform mixed.
Then put the pan on the oven and pour the frying oil. Wait until the oil becomes hot then pick up amount of precursor by your hand and try to form it on your palms.
Notice that it should n't be thick or thin. Its average thickness must be about of 1 cm.
Then put it in the pan and wait it become light brown.
If it is sticky that you can't separate it you can add 1 egg to the mixed material and massage it a gain then fry it.
After frying one side, turn it and fry another side of "Kotlet"
Finally, It is prepare to eat
you can use french fries with it.
Iranian eat Kotlet with rice or bread.
