Hi! For the listening improvement I recommend you to watch Youtube videos, for me it was the best, because I used to listen to some shows or dialogues made for students but they're obviously very different than the colloquial English, and also the speed of the speaker.

At first it was really hard to understand what they were saying, but eventually one day I didn't think anymore and just listen, and understand everything. 

I started watching vlogs from the US, for me American English is much easier to understand than British, and one day I started with British and South African people talking, and now I really get almost everything they say.

For the Speaking the best way to improve is practice. If you want you can add me to Skype and talk. However you can practice with another "English student" my advice is that you should talk to a native English speaker.
