yeah, a lot. There's no need to give an example because it can have any reasons, BUT I think the best way to get rid of such feelings is 1) be willing to change, 2) look for solutions and 3) instead of pitying yourself, do your best to get out of that miserable situation, and finally if you see that you cannot deal with it alone, ask for help
