What makes a happy marriage? Love? Romance?
Marriage is a contract between two people (generally a man and a woman) who promise to spend their entire lives together in good times, bad times, happiness, sorrows, sickness and in health. The glue that holds a marriage together is love and respect for each other.
"What makes a happy marriage? Love? Romance? "
I do not think it is possible to keep long term romance without considering practical issues such as house, career or children. These problems have to be well settled to ensure the quality of marriage is sustainable. Surely most marriage start with romance but "true love" consists in persistent patience and caring, that is unable to be replaced by simply romance.
Thanks for your question to consider.
I think marriage COMES AFTER love and COMES WITH responsibility.
