I think in any interview youb have to be ' Confident", " Smile", your answers to the questions have to be short and specific answers " do not speak more and more about one thing"

it can be very surprising questions.

E.g. how to create plunge fit for 3 different holes - of circle, quadrate or cross shape.

Or they can ask what you will do if you see hurting old woman, your best friend, that you hadn't meet

a long ago and woman of your dream, staying in rain on bus stop, while you drive 2-seated car.

(right answer - give you car to friend, he will delivered hurting old woman to hospital, while you

will meeted with woman of your dream)  Such questions - is a tests for Your creativity.

I think it would be better if we know a little bit of the background of the company.and we have to prove that we are the right person they are looking for for this position.like your experiences or your education background.plus we have to show our strong will to take this job.well,everything depends.I hope that helps a little.
