Translation English in latin way^_^

Recent days, our company has a topic: Top quality, Top efficiency.
And a best way of translation (into chinese) is seeked.
I think of this way.

quality is from the latin word qualis- which means " what/how a excellent ..."
and efficiency is from the latin ex+facere. ex means "ause, lead to, or before or sth" facere means "do, perform"

so i think i can translate into the sentense like this:
Excellence leads to quanlity.
Emprise leads to efficiency.

Just get rid of the top!
