I want first to enter at the University of Medicine, to become a famous doctor, to have enough money to travel around the world and to help the people i care for. I want to become a surgeon because i think in this way i will help people around the world.

your question is not stupid but worth of thinking:
as a edu-or,is my first dream,
cos new ths come into after sth out ；
the second dream： let people know China more，be friendly and fair with other .
one thing i’ve learnt from here is that so many misunderstanding between countries and cultures，
i don‘t want to people see live in （ work for ）prejudience，and mistake，too waste of life.
