I can speak English fluently beside my mother tongue ( Vietnamese ) , so I'd like to learn French which 's my great great granddad in law 's first language . after that , German or Spanish 's best choice for me to learn . Arabic 's also the best choice , too ^^

Why do i want to learn ? It's very simple , Arabic & Spanish have a big communicative group use it as the first language . I know Chinese 's the same as Arabic & Spanish but just China 's the country speak it daily , not more . Chinese around the world speak it as the second language and I can't remember the Han character , it's hard for me to learn , Korean & Japanese , too 

Germany 's the rich and powerful country , they have a hight quality education and more advantages for oversea student 'd like to learn in Germany . The tuition fee in education 's free ,............... and so on ..........
