I love the book too :) I've read it in English, and the book is one of my future books for French studying after.
Some people say that the book is only for adults, but I think that the book is probably the best existing book out there for both children and adults.
We are all children in adults bodies. There's a huge place in my heart for this little world-in-a-book.

Regard to de Saint-Exupéry: I think You won't find better book "for heart and soul" than his "Citadelle" (Eng.: The Wisdom of the Sands) .
