Read out loud.  Watch TV with english subtitles and read the subtitles out loud.  Speaking english requires ... SPEAKING ;-)

Listen to music with lyrics on YouTube...sing along.

Read the comics in the newspaper out loud.

as sandrah said, paractice make perfect so you should talk more than you walk :D

Hey Hillary. So the best way to improve your English would be to practice as much as you could. You can try to speak with some native speakers once in a while. You can also, try to watch movies or listen to music in order to pick up useful expressions and learn pronunciation. The best option, however, is to talk, talk, talk. The more you talk, the easier it will get for you and the faster you'll gain confidence in conversations. Good luck. :)
