There is to speak and to speak! Some people are overstimating themselves and think they are fluent in a language while they make tons of grammar errors. Others are modest and only dare to say they speak a language when they are totally sure they wont make any mistakes. I will give you a resume of my knowlegde...:

Dutch, native.

English, small accent, more British than American English. Fast. Hardly any grammar errors, and it goes on feeling rather than rules. But I miss some vocabulary maybe. Otherwise I am fluent.

German, small accent. Fast but I make some mistakes in gender and cases.

Spanish. According to my daughter I have an accent. Reasonalbly fast, but I make errors. I sometimes dont know a word, and hesitate because I have to think what is was, or formulate my sentence in a different way.

French. Funny enough I have only a small accent. Probably because we used to go to France on holidays a lot when I was a child. But the accents fouls you, I am lousy. I miss vocabulary, I mix words with Spanish words. I can talk about daily subjects like the weather and the studies of my daughter, but nothing too complicated.

Korean The most comlicated thing I did in Korean was explain a girl in Seoul, that was working in Deagu, and I was going to run in the Marathon event. I took me about a minute though, to make two or three very simple sentences. So, I would not say I 'speak' Korean. I can order beer for you though.

Let us call it 3, including my native tongue 4.

There are six languages I can use for communication.

Hakka, Cantonese, Teochew, Standard Mandarin, Thai and English.

Hakka,  Teochew , Cantonese , Standard Chinese are many mother tongues.

Thai and English are my second languages.

And i'm also learning Korean, Russian , French , Manju....

When i;m angry-i can speak many languages:)

I can speak

Punjabi - as it is my mother tongue

Urdu - as it is the national language of Pakistan and language of teaching in schools.

English - as it is the official langauge and langauge of teaching at high schools and universities in Pakistan.

German - as I studied in Germany and now live in there.

And a little bit of 

Arabic - I can read and write and understand somewhat as we had to learn Quran. But but cannot speak modern Arabic well.

Spanish, French - un poco, un peu - I understand a little bit, mostly text, but cannot speak good enough.

And a few words and sentences from many foreign languages that I learnt from my friends.

I speak two languages , Arabic and English .

I am a native Arabic speaker , some people said Arabic language is very difficult but I think it's not very hard .

There are a lot of people who speak Arabic because it's the language of the religion of Islam .

For me,English language is very easy , I want to improve my English language by find a partner .
