There is nothing about second language here, only general interview tips.

The most difficult in job interview in non-native language - it's to show confidence when you aren't capable to speak conidently yet, making errors, stumpling.

The more confident you speak the more chance to get the job, so my advice - speak firmly, confidently, even with errors - move on, don't correct yourself. Because the interviewer could confuse your stumpling in language like lack of self-confidence in your professional field.

How prepare with interview in English if this language is non-native language?  I like advice of Serg and advice of Kiyama. "speak firmly, confidently, even with errors - move on, don't correct yourself" and "I prepared a speech to introduce myself and tell about my experience". I would like to get more information about preparing interview in English if English is non-native language.
