Spanish stereotypes

There are so many stereotypes about Spanish people, but from your point of view, I want to know what you think about us. Are we as we are represented? Be honest, please!

I'm also from the US, and somehow in all my long life I've never heard a single stereotype about Spaniards.  I hope you don't feel neglected!  :)

In the US, we're told that Spaniards love the "nightlife" and stay up partying most of the night.

We have this , many of them looks like us (Arab) because they have Arabian ancestors.

I haven't heard of any Spanish stereotypes. When I think of Spanish people all I imagine is black hair and tanned skin.

In Greece people think that you're a lot like the Greeks :P
Meaning open, happy, joyful, firendly and like to have fun. Personally all of the spanish people that's I've met fit into that criteria!
With the exception of the people in Cervantes Institut- but those lived in Athens so I guess it's different. I have never met so rude and unhelpful people- I'm sure that if the basic institut in Spain knew of the situation, they would make them change their approach.
I'm glad I already knew Spanish people when I got involved with Cervantes- if I didn't ,Spain would probably be on my hate list now haha :P
