Checked Lara's home network equipment. Their home Internet and a router of Dreamvision company were working well.
The issue is a message "Configuring IP.." appearing in the screen of the IpPhone and the phone is not working.
Called to Sofy to ask a method to solve the issue. Followed his instruction by rebooting the firewall and the IPPhone. But the issue was still existing.
Called back to Sofy and then to John for a recommendation, but they couldn't answer on the calls because they were on the way to UB.
Called to Rebekah and to make sure a cause of the issue I took the IPPhone for check to the UB office.
Checked the IPPhone and find out that the IPPhone itself doesn't have any problem.
Hence, the issue must be in reference with the network equipment or its configuration or its physical connection.
Excuse me. A 'notebook entry' not a 'journal'...
I think this would be much easier to correct as a notebook entry.
