I try all I am able to do to make things work. If there are things beyond me I tell myself to keep calm, stay positive, and never loose hope. Life is full of challenges, not everytime things are going to be in your way. Adopt the straight path, keep your consience clear. You will then have relative peace of mind. Here are a couple of sayings for you:
1)When you are an anvil, hold yourself still.
When you are a hammer, strike your fill.
2)Don’t be afraid of pressure, remember that PRESSURE IS what turns lumps of COAL into DIAMOND.
It's complicated. How you face you stress and pressure depend on what kind of them. If your pressure isn't too heavy, it'd be better to talk with your good friends, go for a short trip, or do some exercise. But if yours is too big, you'd better find a specialist for help.

When we have grown up. we could run into lots of cases that are under perssure. How to relieve pressure depends on the mind state of the person. Some might think it is very easy to be calm when he is under pressure, but others might realise it is so difficult to do it. Several years ago, I was a person that did not know how to hanld pressure, ant that lead me to insomnia for a long time, and even the terrible OCD. During that time, as you can imagin, I was feel like in the hell because of the mentally disoder, fearing this and fearing that. At the same tiem, I read lots of books and attend lectures about psychology to cure myself, but it is not useful with just knowing the knowledge, and it is more important to act in the way those theories recommend. Now, I relized that, most of the time, it is better to be social, especially when one feels solitude or does not have a good way to handle pressure or others psychological problems. P.S. If your pressure problem is not serious enough, I recommend you read some books about Postive psychology, and then adjust your mind state. Or, you should find a specilist for help.
