How is your relationship with the food? Is food a pleasure for you?

I think people are very concerned about what they are eating and how that has an important effect in our health.

I can't deny we are trying to improve our diet but they are doing it the wrong way by following strange and dangerous diets like Atkins diet.

Personally, I believe that it is a complete mistake cutting out a entire group of nutrients like carbohydrates.

In fact, I'm a little fat from the point of others ,but I don't admit that. I  am just in normal build. IFood is very important for me ,I think about what do I eat for breakfast,lunch and supper because of different chance in our daily life. I like noddles owing to my hometown,there are some ways to make, especially a way of combination of boiling and frying.

I used to be afraid of tofu and carrot.When my mother asked me to eat them,I cried and ran untill I suddently found them delicious in my Mid-school.

Ah, Doris Day, I have that too. When I am sad or nervous I eat less. Sometimes I can eat almost nothing for hours, days even. Other people actually start eating when they are sad or nervous. During my high school exam, I survived on one sandwich a day for two weeks.

I am not picky when it comes to type of food but I am picky on how it was cooked and it taste. I like eating but not on times when I am sad and tired. I am kinda health conscious when it comes to food but sometimes I break my own rule once in a while.

She most probably means Junk food, Leigh. And I presume you knew that. ;-)

 

Otherwise it are the really healthy proteins Brazilian indians get out of eating certain types of insects. It is highly recommend, you must try it one time.
