Speaking from experience, IELTS is a very easy exam. An overall advice would be to practice English as you would generally, but with more accuracy (which can only be achieved by learning slow and steady, but with consistency). Try taking a practice test from the material available online and you're good to go once you have the idea. Also, try to listen and comprehend English spoken in British accent only.
