Time Travel: Fact or Fiction?

I know we can see the past when we see for example the stars, and when we travel in airplane literally we travel to the future.

What do you think?

You can also stand next to a timezone boundary and hop back and forth. Also, our perception is delayed by the speed of light, the nervous system and the brain. We're always living in the past!

When we see stars, that was their condition thousands, millions or more light years ago.

Time travel sees (pardon the pun) light years away, if it is even possible.  I'm not saying it's impossible but it may take a Super Nova or Black Hole to do it.  Or just a very large Hedron Collider.

When we see the light from the stars, we see their present condition.

Really when see the stars can see the past, remember that the stars are billions of miles far, then the light of the stars take several time to arrive to the earth, therefore so many of the stars that see don't exist right now.

>According to this theory to be on a plane and travel at high speed we can travel to the future.

That may be, but to the best of our knowledge, faster-than-light travel is not physically possible :(
