Strong curriculum for learning French (or other languages)?

I am currently trying to learn French by using Pimsleur, Memrise & Dualingo. My French was already at a decent level and I am now wishing to move onto to a higher level and am unsure of what the next steps would be with regards to teaching myself (It isn't possible for me to study under a teacher at the moment.) Also, I have been studying Spanish & Portuguese via the same methods, so the the question may also be relivent for these languages.

Thanks in advance!

I would highly recommend lingq.com. There you can download and print texts in several languages. It also comes with audio.

The big limitation of these methods is that you don't have to talk to anyone!

I can understand because those have also been my primary tools for language learning.  Benny Lewis at fluentin3months.com has some ideas for how to find people to talk to, without costing anything or having to travel.
