Generalizing. Do you believe recent generations are able to succeed in marriage and raising families?

My opinion is; I don't believe in marriage or families nowadays, most of this generations are not taught to be faithful, to forgive or even striving for their close ones so, getting married and raising a family is giving suffering to the poor kid they supposedly are giving "parenting".
But, What do you think?

It depends on the individual. All kids are not brought up the same way. Kids that are brought up with values and understand the importance of raising their kids properly are very likely to become responsible parents themselves too.

I think our this generation's view of love and marriage and such is very different from the previous generations. As such, the definition of what constitutes a successful marraige and a successful family will also differ by a large degree.

Perhaps traditional viewpoints might be forsaken in light of welcoming these changes in this age, but I personally think that this generation will be no less or more successful with regards to marriages and family - it'll just depend on the person's specific beliefs and values.

The degree to which new values are pervasive in society have very little to do with the success of raising a family and having a successful marriage, because the relative meaning will change as well.

But yes, I do think so.
