If you're looking for a free private tutor, I'm afraid it's highly unlikely that someone will want to do that for you. I am an English teacher, and after being paid to teach for 9-10 hours each day, the last thing I want to do after work is come home and do more work, but this time without pay haha.

The good news is that there are lots of free websites where you can teach yourself Korean, such as http://www.talktomeinkorean.com or http://korean.cuk.edu/index.do. There are also lots of fantastic books that you can buy and study from for a cheap price (http://www.twochois.com/search.php?search_query=korean+made+easy&x=0&y=0).

If you want someone to actually speak with, your best option would be a language exchange - they can help you with Korean, and you can help them with your native language. This is better left until you are high-beginner or intermediate in my opinion, though, otherwise you're not going to have anything to say to your partner in Korean apart from 안녕 친구 밥 먹고 싶어요 and I mean who actually says that in real life, right?
