Chinese cuisine

Many foreign friends told me, they liked some spicy food in Sichuan(one of the provinces in China), such as, the hot pot or steamed bun. So i want to know have you ever try a Chinese dish that made you unforgettable? if you have, tell me what it is and why?

of course noodle and all kind of dimsum. it's not only those 2 foods, almost all chinese food i like.

for dimsum, i like siomay, but what i favor the most is hakau.

there's a chinese restaurant in indonesia called Fook Yew (yes, that's the name), quite expensive but the taste is heavenly. i'd like to eat there when i have spare money.

I would have to say hot pot is probably the most unforgettable. It's such a social way to eat food, cooking it together right on the table in front of you. Growing up in a western country I had never experienced that style of eating before, so it left an impression on me. Of course, mapo doufu is unforgettable too because it's delicious!
