Yes I have experianced tragedy. And over time I have learned that the first thing I need to do when faced with a tough situation is to simply accept it. No fighting, no asking why me? simply say "ok, this is where I am at"...and then.."what can I do to help myself"....I have generally found that by resisting reality...I'm less likely to make progress and certainly less fun to be around :-) After all life is for living...and no matter how you live your life...tragedy is a part of life. Positivity, particularly in the face of pain is a powerful tool.

It seem that your skin was skived but you still can walk by you mind.
Not cry loudly. Sometime you will get used the scar.
It has never happened to me before, so I'm not quite sure how I would deal with it.
Maybe I'll talk to someone about it. Maybe I'll go to therapy. Or maybe I'll just go to somewhere new just to take my mind off it.
