actually  it is a confusing question puzzled nearly all the Chinese

You need to speak to someone directly. Watching movies and reading is nowhere near enough. Just ask, "how do you say ____?" and keep repeating it until the other person (ie. a teacher, not a random stranger!) understands you perfectly.

 

In the meantime, be honest with yourself: are you really saying it properly? Native speakers will try their best to understand you, even if what you say isn't clear at all.  Don't assume that the sounds you hear in Chinese are the same sounds an English speaker hears. Be prepared to learn pronunciation from the basic level all over again.

 

Aside from that, keep practising and you should improve.

My friend who is Chinese had this problem , she came to my country to learn English. She went to an English school and practiced everyday ,she would ask the same question until she understood.

Its best to practice English everyday in conversation , so this is a good website to do that :)

For example, tongue twisters and reading any texts aloud with focus on pronunciation could be very helpful.
