What kind of english names are very out of date in your opinion?

I don't have an English name. I normally just use my Chinese spelling name to introduce myself. But maybe sometime I want a good one.

And I'm curious, what kind of English names for both male and female are very out of date? Fast no body will give their babys those names any more?

In China, nowadays names like 建国,建华are not popular any more which means: building country. That's very political and socialism. :-D

So just tell me, I hope no one will feel offended. And please explain the original name's meaning a little bit.

Wish you all a nice day!

English culture is fascinating.  These are people you should look up.

Ned is simple and short and put of date.

Not everyone is as easy as Charles Philip Arthur George!

LDoble, you need to translate your Chinese name, or sounds, into English letter sounds. I would not choose a Chinese name if I moved to China, but translate Anthony into Chinese (which my wife can do).

@Ben

 Omg, I even don't know how to read them. I like simple and short ones. Thanks anyway! :-)
