first, u have to know the alphapet.then read alot of the arabic books. but i think that speaking the egyptian tongue  is so difficult for aperson dosn't live in Egypt or at least dosn't speak with natives and listen from them the write pronpunciation.So read and listning are 2 basic channels to learn it and more than them" PRACTISING"
