Main difference is they have US passports, whereas Chinese people have Chinese passports. After that, all people are individually different. Can't generalize.
I wonder, what you are so interested in differences? Isn't it more helpful to focus on what people have in common?

Chinese people are totally different as compare to Americans and anyone can easily find out differences in looks, assent and hight. One thing Most people observe when they look Chinese that is small eyes and short hight.
