Listening is by far my weakest skill at any of my languages, including my native language. I know this is due to my lack of practice, I'm usually not very keen on listening to the radio or watching TV, podcasts, etc. Lately I've been more into it, and the results have been notorious, but I still want to get the best from it, and I have this question:
Should I watch TV with or without CC? The same applies with listening to some podcast or anything, it is fine to read while listening or should I really rely on just listening without reading anything?
I hope you can help me with this!
yeah...I have the same problem.
TV is more fun to me than listening to the radio however.
Above all blockbusters etc. work for me.
But once in a while everyone should listen to the radio.
There exist some pages who have audios with questions concerning the audios (sometimes even grammar exercises belonging to the audio)
veintemundos is such a thing for Spanish.
But I cannot think of any example for German learners.
Maybe someone else will have an idea.
and yeah, definitely without subtitels :D
If you totally rely on the subs then you should switch them off.
