Let me know :)
I look for someone I can punch in the nose....just joking!!
I do not control it, it just controls me! :)
There are people, who drink vodka. I'm not one of them of course:)
I prefere to run, but there is not always time to any kind of, you know, sofisticated activities.
I think, that there are two ways.
First, to make a little explosion. For example to breake a pen or ruffle a piece of paper. But it could be turn-off for somebody to kick someone's... sitting area later. I don't recomend.
Second, to make a deep breath and try to fly above stressful things to happy places. I recomend. Flying is nice:)
Even though I'm an atheist, I like the "Serenity Prayer":
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
So, I tend not to get stressed by things I can't change and think how I can change things that would stress me that I can.
Also, I do Taekwondo which at the beginning is a very physical pursuit, but after a while it becomes more of a mental pursuit. And during those moments of intense concentration, you have to block out the stresses of your day because you simply cannot do it well if you are distracted.
For you, it doesn't have to be martial arts, but any activitity that requires complete concentration.
I usually just put on my thinking cap and try to figure out what is stressing me out, often I'm stressed because of the way I think about a topic. So if I change my automatic thoughts then I can change my level of stress.
