Whats your opinion to get easy in the challenges and the problems?
In my opinion ,Sport is good to take problems easy..
Laughter is good to take problems easy.
And If I have problems, I think:
Don't complain,things could be worse.
Everything is possible in this world.
All the bad will go away, all the best will come.
Non, just joking.
As for me, when I've got a big mess in my head, I use doing one (or more) of the following things:
- ask a friend and spend the evening with her
- go to a sauna and get a massage (it's magical: for half an hour the world is like blown away!)
- go to the gym or the swimmingpool
- listen to music
- go to Internet and have arguments with people (it helps you let off steam)
- drink (yes, finally I was not joking)
Don't stress yourself too much. Don't overthink things.
Besides above, travel is important.....take it easy just for having easy life....
