What do you think Chinese doctors?
I don't think think opposing " western medicine" and " oriental medicine " is relevant. The medicine currently practiced in the industrialised coutries isn't a western madicine, but a science elaborated through long evolution starting with the greeks (hypocratas ), enhanced by the arabic knowlegne (Avicenna for ex.), then it came back to Europe. So the western medicine, can'ot be called " western "
Elias, anything is just called what it is called. They also call modern western medicine "traditional medicine" where in general where if anything, it would be the opposite and non-traditional medicine that which has been used traditionally for millenia.
You just use the words that are understood.
Besides, each time when going to the hospital, a patient has to pay the money before he gets the treatment, regardless how the patients be treated – whether he is recovered after the doctors treat or not, which means after he pay the money, doctors are not responsible for whether he is still sick or not. See doctors, taking medicines and accepting treatment are exceedingly expensive for most civilians who do not have a medical insurance, only local residents and employees can get one by paying some money each month. When I was a university student, I knew someone living in our village had some serious sickness about his kidney, but did not have enough money to get suitable treatments. As he could not borrow money from anywhere, no hospitals were willing to treat him, and he had no way but to await to die. I still remember the last time I saw him in his terminal, a swollen painful face, having not enough energy to do anything except siting on a chair. Grief and suffering are fraught among his family and relatives, especially, his old mother. I hope one day any patients in this country could have access to well medical treatment, regardless he or she is wealthy or poor.
