Hello everybody! I like running. I usually go for a run about three-four times per week and I love it because I usually to disconnected my mind when I practice this sport.
I started to run two years ago. I did it because I wanted to do exercise different than to go to the gym, because for me it was a bured thing and for that reason I started to run. Since that moment, I have ran several half-marathon, a lot of ppopular races and last year I ran my first Marathon in Seville (Andalusian-south of Spain).
I don´t run for the competition, I love running because I can think all things I have to do in the day ( if I go for a run in the morning) or think about my day if I go for a run in the afternoon.
I like running at the beach and in the street of my city (Cádiz, Spain). However, many weekends I usually go for a run in the countryside, paths, etc., because I like changing the landscape. It´s very exciting!
What type of landscape do you like going for a run?
Thanks for read me and I apologise for my mistakes, I am learning english! Best wishes!
Hello Jhonnn, and thanks you for you answer my post! mmmm In which part of Germany do you live? Last year I was in FRankfort and in the morning, when I was in the hotel and I just woke up, I saw it´s snowing ( about -1 degrees) and I did running for the Frankfort´s streets and for me it was a wonderful experience because I live in the south of Spain and it´s completly different...so, I think running in cold could be a good experience...if there is not an extreme weather jejeje.
I´m sorry if have done many mistakes, I am learning english. Regards!
I run A LOT
but lately it's getting freezing cold here in Germany and each time I finish running outdoors I cough so hard that I think I have lung cancer. Running in cold air is not pleasant :(
Hello Raquel and thanks for you answer me my post. Maybe you´re right when you say people usually look old when they run long distance but I think running is a good activity for you´re a big fit.
And... Where are you from? Where did you run before?
I used to run long distances but kept getting shin splints so began only running uphill on dirt trails. Then I read that long-distance running makes people look old because of the constant jolting, so now I hike or ride waves in the ocean.
