I like you question. It's pretty interesting to see what you guys all over the world are eating every morning.
Personally I go big every morning because I'm usually don't eat lunch. Therefore I eat a huge bowl of mashed raspberries with porridge oeats, yoghurt, popped amaranth and spelt. All mixed together to a tasty mash. Occasionally with a bit honey on top. All in all it's a bit like porridge, only better ;)
In that meal I have all I need (carbs, protein, fibers, etc.) for a long day and it tasts great as well.
I am an American but have been living in Thailand for four years and tend to eat similar food. For breakfast every morning I have a small serving of fish and some leafy greens. Sometimes I eat a banana or fresh cucumber as well. The fish gives me Omega-3 oil and protein and the fresh greens, banana and cucumber help keep my body alkaline and energetic.

What kind of breakfast I usually have?I think my food also tend to be similar.I am living in China,so there's no bread,no hamburger and no milk.What I have every morning is Chinese food:steamed stuffed bun,there are many kinds of bun,such as steamed bun with meat stuffing and steamed bun with vegetable stuffing,etc.For porridge,some contains red bean or green bean,some contains peanuts or other stuff.and I can add sugar or not.Every morning,I would like three bun,two with vegetable stuffing,another is meat stuffing,and a bowl of prridge.I think we shouldn't eat too much in the morning,little is enough,However,we can't eat nothing,eating nothing for a long time is harmful.Choose what you want and enjoy your breakfast
