How might a teacher implement this in an online lesson? I am reeling with ideas; at the same time I'm curious how others may have tried/failed/nailed down this teaching method for one-on-one online classes. It is obviously useful, especially for helping students build confidence in the mundane. At what point can you judge a student as ready to participate in this activity? (To put it another way, how can you tangibly know where a student is in their vocabulary acquisition, and how can you prepare them for this activity if they are not ready?) Love the concept!
