o, if I want to say: "how was your appointment" for example, can I say:" how is gone?" simply?&nbsp;

Hi, you can't say 'how is gone'. &nbsp;You have to say either 'how did it go' (referring to an appointment that is in the past or 'how's it gone?' if you are asking someone about an appointment that has just finished (ie a few minutes ago) (how has it gone?)
