Doubt about the verb insist

I don´t know if the next sentences are correct:

1) I insist on you buying these shoes.

2) I insist that you buy these shoes.

Thanks.

They are okay.  You could also say;  "I insist upon you buying...etc."

or,   "I insist that you buy...etc."

I insist that you  allow me to buy for you.  I insist that you allow me to take you...."

I insist that you   allow me to tell you about...."

 I am insisting that....etc.
