Scheduling a session

Hi. I scheduled a session with a teacher but the teacher didn't reply. Now the session expired. What happened?

If the session was booked and the teacher didn't come online, then message the teacher first. It could be a problem or misunderstanding on the teacher's side, so you can arrange another session.


On the page which has the session details, there should now be a couple of links: you can confirm the lesson happened, or report a problem with the lesson. If you "report a problem", you can explain what happened, and you have the option of rescheduling.


However, if you do nothing, then the ITCs transfer to the teacher's account a week later.


On the other hand, if you simply requested a lesson but the teacher didn't reply to that (ie. no session was booked), then the ITCs go back to your account.
